Book Blaster Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@bookblaster.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

• Book Blaster offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time payment, as described on our Pricing page.
• Credits are consumed by AI generation features. Credit costs are displayed before each operation. Unused credits do not roll over when downgrading plans.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of your first paid purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us to request a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to run ad campaigns that violate Meta's Advertising Policies or any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, credits, or security controls.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (book titles, cover images, descriptions). By using the Service, you grant Book Blaster a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

AI-generated content produced by the Service (landing page copy, ad creatives, email sequences, etc.) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

6. Meta Ads Integration

If you connect your Meta (Facebook / Instagram) account, you authorize Book Blaster to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf using your ad account, budget, and settings. You remain solely responsible for:

• All ad spend incurred in your Meta ad account.
• Ensuring all campaign content complies with Meta's Advertising Policies.
• Monitoring and managing live campaigns after they are activated.

Book Blaster creates campaigns in “Paused” status by default; you must manually activate them in Meta Ads Manager.

7. Intellectual Property

The Book Blaster name, logo, and all Service technology are owned byBook Blaster and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use. Always review AI-generated content before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Blaster's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Book Blaster, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account from settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
